Michael’s outstanding credentials include a variety of highly strategic leadership positions, such as Vice-President of Azzi Financial Group, a position he still holds today; Vice-President, Advanced Markets, Canada, at AIG Canada; and BMO Insurance, where he worked closely with many life insurance advisors across the country.
Michael Tavares has made a name for himself in Canada's insurance and investment sector, commended for his expertise, commitment and unrivalled work ethic. He has distinguished himself as a leading figure dedicated to excellence in an industry where results matter most.
Ben is heavily involved in MSA's strategic planning and continued growth, working directly with the company's president and shareholders.
He graduated from McGill University in 2009 with an undergraduate degree in accounting. He passed the UFE in 2012 and obtained his CPA designation in 2013.
After working for a national accounting firm for six years, Ben decided to use his knowledge and experience to work in the private sector, specializing in the real estate industry. In addition to his role at MSA Financial, Ben continues to be heavily involved in the same role with a major local developer.
Her extensive knowledge of both the insurance and investment industries enable her to guide and assist advisors in their sales process, encouraging advisors to consider clients overall financial situation including their investments, insurance coverage, retirement planning, and estate planning needs.
Fen has over 30 years in the investment industry serving high net worth clients, complemented by 19 years in the insurance industry. She is a passionate reader and actively promotes education and lifelong learning to stay relevant, updated, and competitive.
With over 20 years of marketing and leadership experience, Stacey has extensive knowledge in social media, sales and marketing, public relations and event management.
Before joining MSA Financial, Stacey was a senior leader at a national MGA where she oversaw all activities, events and communications strategies in the Quebec market. She also played a key role on the national digital marketing and sales team to engage and remain on trend with the company's core values.
Stacey leverages her insight and strategic vision to understand the needs of MSA Financial’s advisors and ensure that the company responds effectively.
Pauline holds the Financial Planner title as well as the Assureur Vie Agrée designation. Her involvement with the former Association des intermédiaires en assurance de personnes du Québec and the Chambre de la Sécurité financière was driven by her commitment to the success of the Financial Advisor.
She started her career at Montreal Life in 1978. She then spent 8 years at Royal Life, where she held the position of Branch Administrator. In 1995, Pauline started a second career where she honed her skills in the brokerage distribution channel.
Pauline’s energy and expertise are valuable assets to MSA Financial and its network.
