BILINGUAL NEW BUSINESS COORDINATOR
PERMANENT FULL TIME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The New Business Coordinator will support insurance new business from reception to final delivery, interacting with advisors and underwriters to service those new application quickly and accurately. We strive for quick turnaround times, case ownership and team collaboration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Processing of new business applications and ordering medicals
- Checking of policies and delivery requirements to ensure that they are properly completed
- Monitoring communications between insurers and advisors
- Customer service (title changes, banking, address etc.)
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of Equisoft software (an asset)
- Good knowledge of Office Suite software
- Proficient English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage priorities and multi task
- Team player
