FILLING A COMPLAINT
Examining complaints and resolving disputes
If you are upset about something or feel that you have been wronged by a firm or a representative, that is registered with the AMF who sold or recommended a financial product, you have the right to launch a complaint.
If you wish to file a complaint with a firm or representative registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), you must do so in writing. You may use this
Complaint or Allegation Reporting Form to file your complaint.
– We will examine your complaint within a reasonable time and send you a written response.
– If you are still not satisfied, you can ask that we transfer your complaint file to the AMF by completing the Form to Request the Transfer of a File to the AMF
and sending it directly to us.
